Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, local pick up is available.
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we are exclusively shipping within Canada. If you are outside of Canada and are interested in placing an order please reach out to us for shipping quotes.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Canada can roughly take 3-5 business days give or take.
Please note the holiday season shipping times can vary.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept returns. If there are any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Allergies?
Please note that our sensory mixes may contain wheat or egg and are coated with non toxic acrylic paint. Colours may vary from batch to batch.
What age are your mixes for?
Our sensory bin mixes are intended for ages 3 and up due to all the small loose parts which are not to be consumed. Adult supervision is strongly recommended.
How long do the mixes last?
Our pre-made mixes are made to last a long time as long as they are stored correctly. Away from sunlight, heat and moisture and never to get wet. When not in use store in an airtight container. Regularly inspect for wear and tear and make sure to always use clean hands when manipulating the product.
